Sri Lanka Fruit Board Law (No. 30 of 1973) - Sect 5

Term of office of members

5.
(1) Every member nominated under paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 4 shall, unless he vacates office earlier by death, resignation or removal, hold office for a period of three years.
(2) Every ex officio member shall hold office so long as he holds the post by virtue of which he was appointed a member.
