| 12. The inventor or researcher shall by written agreement before making use of the facilities provided by the Commission under paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (g) of subsection (1) of section 11, contract to give the Commission not less than one-tenth of all royalties arising from such inventions or research, depending upon the extent of the facilities or services to such inventor or researcher to maintain the public research laboratory or experimental station. |
