Sri Lanka Inventors Incentives Act (No. 53 of 1979) - Sect 15

Power to make rules

15.
(1) The Commission may make rules for the proper administration of the affairs of the Commission, for the regulation of employment of the staff of the Commission and generally for the exercise and performance of its powers and duties under this Act.
(2) No rule made by the Commission shall have effect until it has been approved by the Minister.
