Sri Lanka Inventors Incentives Act (No. 53 of 1979) - Sect 2

Establishment of the Commission

2. There shall be established on the appointed date an authority which shall be called the Sri Lanka Inventors Commission (hereafter in this Act referred to as "the Commission ") and which shall consist of the persons who are for time being members of the Commission under section 4.
