22.
| (1) There shall be established a Fund called the Sri Lanka Inventors Fund (in this Act referred to as "the Fund ") which shall be managed, controlled and operated by the Commission in accordance with such directions as the Minister may give from time to time. |

| (3) There shall be paid out of the Fund-
| | (a) all expenses incurred in the establishment, maintenance and working of the Commission; | | |
| | (b) the salaries of officers and servants of the Commission ; and | | |
| | (c) such other payments as are approved by the Commission as being necessary for the purpose of carrying out the objects of the Commission. | | |
