Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technical Education Act (No. 29 of 1995) - Sect 2

Establishment of the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technical Education

2.
(1) There shall be established an Institute which shall be called the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technical Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute").
(2) The Institute shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued to such name.
