Sri Lanka Institute Of Co-operative Management Act (No. 37 of 1983) - Sect 35

Secrecy

35.
(1) A member of the Board or an officer or servant of the Institute shall not disclose to any person except for the purposes of the performance of his duties, or the discharge of his functions, any information acquired by him in the performance of his duties or the discharge of his functions:
(2) A person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
