Sri Lanka Institute Of Local Governance Act (No. 31 of 1999) - Sect 9

Acts or proceedings of the Institute deemed not to be invalid by reason of any vacancy or defect in the appointment of a member

9. No act or proceeding of the Institute shall be deemed to be invalid by reasons only of the existence of any vacancy in the Council or defect in the appointment of any member of the Council.
