Sri Lanka Judges Institute Act (No. 46 of 1985) - Sect 3

Board of Management

3.
(1) The Institute shall have a Board of Management (hereinafter referred to as " the Board ") comprising of the Chief Justice, and two Judges of the Supreme Court who shall be appointed by the President.
(2) The Chief Justice shall be the Chairman of the Board.
(3) The administration and management of the Institute shall be vested in the Board.
(4) The Board may delegate any of its powers to the Director.
