Membership of the Corporation

3.
(1) All persons, institutions and associations engaged in library work or providing library and bibliographical services or interested in promoting libraries, library services and librarianship shall be eligible to be members of the Corporation.
(2) The terms and conditions of membership and the admission and enrolment of members shall be determined by the rules of the Corporation.
