Sri Lanka Nurses Council Act (No. 19 of 1988) - Sect 23

Accounts to the Council

23.
(1) The Council shall cause proper books of accounts to be kept of the income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and all the transactions of the Council.
(2) The Council shall cause its accounts to be audited by an approved auditor.
(3) The financial year of the Council shall be the year commencing on the first day of January.
