Sri Lanka Nurses Council Act (No. 19 of 1988) - Sect 27

Repeal

27.
(1) Part IX of the Medical Ordinance (Chapter 105) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the aforesaid Part ail the regulations made by the Minister under that Part and in force on the appointed date shall be deemed to be regulations made under this Act and may accordingly be amended, added to, or rescinded by regulations made under this Act.
