Meetings of the Board

6.
(1) Meetings of the Board shall be held as often as the Chairman may deem necessary.
(2) The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be live members, and, subject as aforesaid, the Board may regulate its own procedure in regard to the meetings of the Board and the transaction of business at such meetings.
(3) The Chairman or in his absence the Vice-chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board.
(4) The Board shall cause minutes of its meetings to be recorded.
