State Lands (Recovery Of Possession) Act (No. 7 of 1979) - Sect 2

Application of this Act

2.
(1) The provisions of this Act shall apply to all State lands.
(2) The possession or occupation by any person of any State land shall be deemed at ail times to have been and to be subject to the provisions of this Act.
