Sri Lanka Ports Authority (Amendment) Act (No. 7 of 1984) - Sect 22

Amendment to section 65 of enactment.[ 22,7 of 1984]

22. Section 65 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (2) of that subsection, and the substitution therefor, of the following subsection:
"(2) It shall be lawful for an employee of the Ports Authority authorized in that behalf by the Authority to investigate and inquire into any matter and conduct prosecutions which fall within Chapter XVII of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act involving the Ports Authority. ".
