Sri Lanka Railways Authority Act (No. 60 of 1993) - Sect 2

The Sri Lanka Railways Authority

2.
(1) There shall be established an Authority which shall be called the Sri Lanka Railways Authority (herein after in this Act referred to as the " Railways Authority ").
(2) The Railways Authority shall in the name assigned to it by subsection (1) be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
