Sri Lanka Railways Authority Act (No. 60 of 1993) - Sect 32

Members, officers and servants of the Railways Authority to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code

32. All members of the Board and officers and servants of the Railways Authority shall be deemed to be pubic servants within the meaning and for the purposes of, the Penal Code.
