| 18. The Corporation may from time to time enter into contracts of insurance, insuring employees of the Corporation against personal accident arising out of and in the course of the exercise or performance by them of any power or duty conferred or imposed upon the Corporation under this Act and may pay the premium payable in respect of any such contracts. The categories of employees to be so insured shall be determined by the Corporation having regard to the risk undertaken by such categories of employees. |
