Sri Lanka Sahitya Mandalaya Act (No. 31 of 1958) - Sect 15

Appointment of officers and servants

15.
(1) The Mandalaya may appoint a General Secretary who shall be the chief executive officer of the Mandalaya and such other officers and servants as the Mandalaya may consider necessary for carrying out its objects.
(2) The remuneration and conditions of service of the officers and servants of the Mandalaya shall be such as may be determined by the Mandalaya.
