Sri Lanka Sahitya Mandalaya Act (No. 31 of 1958) - Sect 23

Remuneration of members.[ 14, 13 of 1965.]

23.
(1) The Mandalaya may pay to any member of the Mandalaya, or of the Executive Committee, or of any Panel any expenses actually incurred by him in the performance of his duties as such member.
(2) Save as otherwise provided in subsection (1), no member of the Mandalaya, the Executive Committee, or any Panel shall be entitled to any remuneration for work done by him as such member.
