Sri Lanka State Trading Corporations Act (No. 33 of 1970) - Sect 16

Presidency at meetings

16.
(1) The Chairman of the Board of Directors shall preside at every meeting of the Board at which he is present. In the absence of the Chairman from any meeting of such Board, a Director chosen by the majority of the Directors present shall preside at such meeting.
(2) The Chairman of any meeting of the Board of Directors shall, in addition to his own vote, have a casting vote.
