| 39. Any person who without reasonable cause resists or obstructs, or threatens or attempts to resist or obstruct, the operator or any person authorized by him in writing, in the exercise of. The powers conferred on such operator or person under section 33 he shall be guilty of an offence under this Act: Provided however that no person shall be guilty of an offence under this section by reason only of the fact that such person being an owner refuses to give his written consent required under paragraph (i) of the proviso to subsection (1) of section 33. |
