Planting at trees or shrubs likely to injure telecommunication line
41. In any case where a telecommunication line has been placed under, over, along, or across any immovable property no person who, subsequent t the date on which such telecommunication line has been so placed plants any tree or shrub which may be likely in the future to injure, impede or interfere with such telecommunication line, shall be entitled to receive any compensation should such tree or shrub or any branch thereof be cut down under the provisions of section 33. |
