| 30. Every director General Manager, auditor, secretary, adviser, and other employees of the Bank shall decline to answer any questions concerning the business of the Bank which, may be put to him on any occasion whatsoever, if he considers that the answer to such question would disclose or tend to disclose the secrets of the Bank or the business or affairs of any customer of the Bank, except In circumstances specified.
