| 43. In the case of any borrowing by the Bank from the foreign Governments or other sources outside the Republic of Sri Lanka, the Bank shall bear any loss or be entitled to any profit arising from any revaluation of the Sri Lanka rupee: Provided that where such borrowing are guaranteed by the Government, Government shall bear any loss or be entitled to any profit. |
