Applicability of Finance Act, No. 38 of 1971

65.
(1) The financial year of the Bank shall be the calendar year.
(2) The provisions of Part II of the Finance Act, Mo. 38 of 1971, shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the financial control and accounts of the Bank.
