Section 35 of the Ceylon State Mortgage Bank Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as " the principal enactment", is hereby amended in paragraph (a) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " nor shall such total indebtedness exceed twenty-five million rupees ;", of the words " nor shall such total indebtedness exceed such amount as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Minister of Finance in his discretion ;". |
