Amendment of long title of Act, No. 7 of 1989

2. The long title of the Surcharge on Income Tax Act, No. 7 of 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment ") is hereby amended by the substitution for the words and figures "YEARS OF ASSESSMENT COMMENCING RESPECTIVELY ON APRIL, 1, 1980, ON APRIL ], 1890 AND ON APRIL 1, 1991 ", OF THE WORDS AND FIGURES " YEARS OF ASSESSMENT COMMENCING RESPECTIVELY ON APRIL 1, 1989, ON APRIL 1, 1990, ON APRIL 1, 1991, AND ON APRIL 1, 1992."
