| 27. The Government Agent may by an endorsement on a permit issued under this Law or on a certified copy thereof cancel such permit where the annual instalments specified in such permit are not paid in accordance with the conditions of such permit: Provided, however, that the person liable for the payment of moneys due under such permit has been afforded an opportunity of showing cause against the proposed cancellation. |
