Special Presidential Commissions Of Inquiry Law (No. 7 of 1978) - Sect 6

Change of President

6. No warrant issued under this Law shall lapse by reason, of, or be otherwise affected by, the death, absence from Sri Lanka, resignation, retirement or removal of the President who issued the warrant.
