Sri Punyodaya Samitiya (Incorporation) Act (No. 33 of 1986) - Sect 4

Executive Committee

(1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of, the Corporation, be administered by an Executive Committee consisting of-

	(a) the persons referred to in the Schedule to this Act, during their lifetime;

	(b) a President, a Secretary and a Treasurer who shall be elected in accordance with the rules of the Corporation; and

	(c) such number 'of other members as may be provided for in the rules of the Corporation and elected in accordance therewith.

(2) The first Executive Committee 'of the Corporation shall be members of the Executive Committee 'of the Samithiya holding 'office on the date immediately preceding the date 'of commencement of this Act.
