Sugarcane Research Institute Act (No. 75 of 1981) - Sect 19

Accounts and audit

19.
(1) The Institute shall cause its accounts to be kept in such form and manner as may be determined by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance.
(2) The books of accounts of the Institute shall be kept at the office of the Institute.
(3) The provisions of Article 154 of the Constitution relating to the audit of the accounts of public corporations shall apply to the audit of the accounts of the Institute.
