Sugarcane Research Institute Act (No. 75 of 1981) - Sect 9

Remuneration & c. of members

9.
(1) The members of the Board may be paid such remuneration as may be determined by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance.
(2) The person holding the office of Director of the Institute may be paid such remuneration and allowances as the Minister may with the concurrence of the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance determine.
