Suwasetha Social Service Association (Incorporation) Act (No. 58 of 2000) - Sect 5

Board of Trustees,

5.
(1) There shall be a Board of Trustees who shall be entrusted with the Management of "the Jayewardene Home for Elders" and the trust property.
(2) Trust property shall not be alienated or otherwise disposed of without the approval of the Board of Trustees.
(3) The first Board of Trustees of the Corporation shall consist of the Board of Trustees of the Association holding office on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of this Act and whose names are specified in the Schedule hereto.
