| (1) The custody of all property belonging to the Corporation shall, subject to the rules for the time being of the Corporation, be vested in a Board of Trustees, who shall-
in accordance with the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, and continue as such Trustees until they resign or die, or until they are removed from office by His Holiness Sheikh Muhammed Muhiyadeen Guru Bawa on the recommendation of the Committee of Management, as the case may be. | | (a) during the lifetime of His Holiness Sheikh Muhammed Muhiyadeen Guru Bawa, be nominated by him; and | | |
| | (b) after the lifetime of His Holiness Muhammed Muhiyadeen Guru Bawa, be elected by the Committee of Management, | | |

| (2) The first Board of Trustees of the Corporation shall be the Board of Trustees holding office on the date of commencement of this Law. |
