Tourism Act (No. 38 of 2005) - Sect 31

Authority to exercise powers &c,

31. (1) The Authority shall, mutatis mutandis, exercise all powers under the Tourist Development Act, No. 14 of 1968 in respect of any Area declared under section 26 .
