Town And Country Planning (Amendment) Act (No. 49 of 2000) - Sect 10

Amendment of section 21 of the principal enactment

10. Section 21 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition at the end of subsection (1) of that section of the following :-" 'in conformity with the national physical planning policy.".
