Tertiary And Vocational Education Act (No. 20 of 1990) - Sect 19

Appeals against refusal to register

19. Any person whose application for registration under section 14 or section 35 is refused by the Commission, he may, within two weeks of the notification of such decision, appeal in writing against such decision to the Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister, and the decision of such Secretary on any such appeal shall be final and conclusive.
