| (1) The meetings of the Authority shall be held once at least in every two months. |

| (2) The quorum for any meeting of the Authority shall be as determined by the Authority by rules made in that behalf. |
|
| (3) The Chairman, of in his absence the Vice-Chairman, or in the case of the absence of both, a member chosen by the members present, shall preside at every meeting of the Authority. |
|
| (4) All questions for decision at any meeting of the Authority shall be decided by the vote of ''.he majority of the members present. In case of an equality of votes, the presiding officer shall have a casting vote. |
|
| (5) Subject to the preceding provisions of this section, rules may be made under 'this Act in respect of the meetings of the Authority, (the procedure to be followed, and the business to be transacted, at such meetings. |
