Tertiary And Vocational Education Act (No. 20 of 1990) - Sect 46

Directions by the Minister

46.
(1) The Minister may, from time to time, give special or general directions to the Authority in regard to the general policy on vocational training, and such other matters as he may deem appropriate and it shall be the duty of the Authority to comply with such directions:
(2) Directions given under subsection (1) shall conform to Development Plans prepared under this Act.
