Transport Board Law (No. 19 of 1978) - Sect 12

The general manager of the Central Board and Regional Transport Boards and the chief accounting officer of the Central Board

12.
(1) The Central Board and every Regional Transport Board may, in consultation with the Minister, appoint to the staff of the Central Board or the Regional Transport Board , as the case may be, a general manager.
(2) The Central Board shall, in consultation with the Minister, appoint to the staff of the Board a chief accounting officer.
