| 2. From and after the date of commencement of this Act, the persons specified in the Schedule to this Act who are the present members of the Board of Management of the Muslim Ladies Arabic College, Kal-Eliya Managing Society and such persons who shall hereafter be admitted members of the Body Corporate hereby constituted shall be and become a Body Corporate with perpetual succession under the name and style of " Board of Management of the Muslim Ladies Arabic College, Kal-Eliya Managing Society'' (hereinafter referred to as "the Board") and may by the said name sue and be sued in all Courts, with full powers and authority to have and use a common seal. and to change and alter the same at its discretion. |
