Insertion of new section 22A in the principal enactment. [ 3. 28 of 1957.]

3. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 22, and shall have effect as section 22A, of the principal enactment:-

22A. The Chairman of the Town Council of each town shall, during the tenure of his office, be ex officio a Justice of the Peace for that town.".
