| 48. where any person on whom any order under section 47 is served fails to vacate the land to which that order relates within the time specified in that order, he may be ejected from the land under the provisions prescribed by sections 120 to 127 (both inclusive) of the Land development Ordinance which shall apply in relation to that land as if the instrument of alienation of that land were a grant under that Ordinance that land were a notice under section 119 of that Ordinance, and the Chairman were the Government Agent exercising, discharging or performing in respect of that land any power, duty or function imposed upon or assigned to the Government Agent under that Ordinance. |
