| (1) Where any land alienated by the Board under this Part for any tourist development project is mortgaged to an approved credit agency, the provisions of sections 46 and 47 of the Mortgage Act shall not apply to the recovery of any loan granted on the mortgage of such land and, accordingly, any decree in any hypothecary action upon any such mortgage of land, and any decree in any action for the recovery of any moneys due upon such mortgage, may order any property whatsoever to be sold for the recovery and any property whatsoever may be sold or may be liable to be sold in execution of such decree. |

| (2) In this section " action for the recovery of moneys due upon a mortgage " includes any action for the recovery of any debt secured by a mortgage where the cause of action set upon arises by reason of the mortgage or otherwise. |
