| 61. All duties and powers which a Resort Authority is empowered to perform and exercise under this Act or under any other enactment, or any subsidiary written law made or issued thereunder, may be performed and exercised by any officer of that Authority generally or specially authorized thereto in writing by that Authority, subject to the direction and control of that Authority, for such period and to such extent, if any, as may be specified in such written authority. |
