It is hereby declared that nothing in this Act or any Code is to be treated as conferring on any person who carries on any tourist service which is registered or licensed under such Code any right to the continuance of any benefits arising from the provisions of this Act or such Code, or from such registration or licensing, or from any conditions attached thereto. |
