Amendment of section 85 of the principal enactment

3. Section 85 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in paragraph (c) thereof, by the substitution for the words "may be directed by the Chairman a list of the maximum prices, rates ", of the words " may be directed by the Chairman a list of the maximum and minimum prices, rates " ;
