| 34. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires" "Minister" means the Minister in charge of the subject of Plantation Industries ; "Smallholding" in relation to rubber, means an area of land which is less than fifty acres in extent and on which rubber plants are grown for the purpose of collecting latex therefrom, and the expression "smallholder" shall be construed accordingly. |
