Transfer Of Offenders Act (No. 5 of 1995) - Sect 11

Application of prisons ordinance

11. The provisions of the Prisons ordinance (Chapter 54) shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in respect of every offender who is transferred to or out of Sri Lanka under the provisions of this Act.
